WING Spotlight Interview: Paul Walker (1)
by Lisa Guliani

1. Paul, you have stated to me that the form of law that operates in America is more akin to Roman Imperial Law rather than that which was intended by the founding fathers. Please explain what Roman Imperial Law is and how it works in this country.

ANSWER: Roman Law is really one of the bases of our legal system today which is why legal terms are in Latin. The Romans had the same issues as we have today, balancing the power of the emperor and upper classes against the power of the people. Roman law evolved from that dynamic and went through phases of repressive and inhumane laws to more enlightened ones and back again. But at its worst, Roman Imperial Law is, in a word, Fascism. This is really precisely what our Founding Fathers sought to break free from, the imperial rule of kings who had that totalitarian power of decree vested in them to do everything from taxing and waging expansionist wars to executing and assassinating political enemies of the State. As the inheritors of the Egypto-Babylonian hierarchies and the legacy of the Roman Empire through the Vatican, the royal courts (which is really just one big happy imperial family court) of Europe and Great Britain were and still are the latest manifestation of the Roman Empire. And anyone disputing the fact that the Vatican still today is the wellspring of Fascism is advised to read the book ”Vatican Assassins” by Eric Jon Phelps. He outlines how this tradition is carried out primarily through the Jesuits, who were the progenitors of Nazism, and even of Communism.

I am not a lawyer or a particularly political person by nature, but when my liberties are threatened I can get pretty defensive. This current regime is obviously following the ancient patterns of fascism, and fascism is symbolized by the fasces, a bundle of sticks tied round an axe used extensively by good old Benito Mussolini, representing imperial authority binding the social order together. The fasci tells you exactly and succinctly what Roman Imperial Law is about. You join ‘em or you get the axe. We have heard similar threats from George Bush and John Ashcroft since the Reichstagian event of 9/11. "You are either with us, or you are with the terrorists," as Bush made it clear where he’s coming from. This is the Skull and Bones talking, not just personal opinions. They belong to a fascist cult that has affinities to the Thule Society and Nazi Germany.

I would like to point out also that two eight-foot tall fasci adorn either side of the podium in the U.S. Congress. This was first pointed out by Jordan Maxwell in his books and lectures. How this has gone undetected is far beyond me, yet every time you watch a congressman take the podium you will see them right there behind him or her. Subliminal advertising perhaps? I would also like to point out that fasces adorn every nook and cranny of the Supreme Court, and you find them on many state seals such as that of Colorado. Is it any wonder that we now have fascism as a governmental structure? This ties in with the fact that all of the Washington D.C. Military Dictatorship District is laid out in Masonic, Satanic, Kabalistic gridlines and astrological symbols (far beyond the faintest knowing of the average citizen). It’s literally been that way for two centuries, yet Joe Six-pack and Sally Soccer Mom don’t have the slightest clue, nor interest, in such information. They would rather gorge themselves on fast food and watch gladiators move a ball from one end of a playing field to the other. Stunning is the degree of control over our education, or lack thereof.

2. The impact of the recent Federal court ruling regarding the unconstitutionality of the Pledge of Allegiance has been felt by Americans across the nation. How has this ruling affected you personally? Do you think we can expect to see more rulings of this nature down the road?

ANSWER: There are many threads entering into this debate and I might as well say that I am not so attached to the pledge per se, but to the meaning behind it. The meaning is basically that we are a Republic ("for which it stands"), which means that power flows from the people to the government and not the other way around as in the communo-fascist dictatorship we are now under. Alex Jones has pointed out that this ruling and all the hoopla around it is a diversion, and that the beneficiary of it is the Bush administration that is using this to "prove" what good Americans they really are by upholding the pledge as it stands. I agree with Jones, but I also note that there may be a bigger agenda behind it, namely to test Americans to see to what degree they are attached to their traditions over those of the United Nations which is already testing their own pledge in the Masonic government training camps, commonly known as the public schools.

We see, for example, a great many people agreeing with the ruling who are not members of monotheist religions, who want total removal of religious imagery and language from government, and in fact they do have their points to make since the pledge came into being in 1892, just over 100 years after the Constitution was adopted and was not officially ratified until 1942. As it was, the "under God" was not added until Eisenhower in 1954. People assume certain traditions have been around forever, but that is simply not the case. We as Americans have the perfect right to question anything we please. The only thing we do not have the right to do is to infringe upon the liberties of others guaranteed in the Bill of Rights whether we are a worker, the President, or a Supreme Court judge. Neither do we have the right to surrender sovereignty as the CFR-globalists are plotting through numerous treaties with the UN and other globalist institutions. They are doing this in total violation of the Constitution and that is why they keep it under a low-profile of subterfuge behind closed doors.

But getting back to the Pledge, I would not obstruct the will of the people regarding it. I said it thousands of times in school and was not affected very much either way. I was always happy to say it, but I guess as a kid, it’s just another ritual you go through at school. What I am affected by is the honoring of our republic in any way possible to defend it against those who would dare from within to dissolve its sovereignty. This is the greatest level of treason, and the ranks of these filthy Fifth Columnists is filled with traitors like Walter Cronkite, a World Federalist, David Rockefeller, the central figure of the whole problem, and most of the sniveling sychophantic CFR congressmen and senators who are so very duplicitous, who wear a smile and dare to salute the flag whilst they cunningly conspire in every conceivable way to destroy us for their own rewards in the new global system of government.

And if we make the pledge "unconstitutional" due to language offensive to some, then what precedent does that set for the Declaration and the Constitution? Will the Constitution itself be ruled "unconstitutional"? This line of reasoning seems to me to be part of a clever globalist plot to subvert the Republic and to ultimately install UN administration. We then would be forced to recite the pledge to the UN, Gaia and the Earth Charter under the Trilateral regional government of an Al Gore or a Hillary Clinton. The leftward backlash to Bush's apparent fascism is certain to lead to this if we do not awaken the people to the top-level Hegelian manipulations of these forces. We are dealing with a Matrix situation that was started long ago and very few of us have caught onto it, many of whom, like myself, have only come to grips with it recently, and all that it entails.

3. Some have argued that America is now at the beginning stages of a police state, while others claim that we're in the final stages of a police state. From your vantage point, do you agree or disagree with either of these statements and why? Is there real cause for concern about such military action within our country in the near future?

ANSWER: We have been under a police state officially since 1947 with the passage of the National Security Act under Truman. Some say it began earlier under Lincoln and Reconstruction. The effects have been cumulative through the UN-manipulated Cold War and the UN-manipulated Viet Nam War, relaxed a bit under Carter until Reagan and Bush Sr. rose to power and came back more fiercely under Comrade Clinton to be finally right in our faces under Herr Bush. So it’s a matter of degree, and now I would say we are about 75% towards their goal. It seems the purpose of Democratic administrations has been to put people to sleep while government is expanded. The purpose of the Republicans has been to consolidate power into fewer and fewer hands in the name of Law and Order. They work together, Good Cop/Bad Cop.

The police are being federalized and are working together with the military. I know of one recent incident where Marines were "training" city police in Arizona in the finer points of tapping cell phones, going to residential disturbances together and doing just that. Alex Jones has done more than anyone to expose this joint military-police action, all flying in the face of Posse Comitatus and the Constitution in general. There is currently the largest ever joint military-civilian exercise ever being worked in 17 locations, mostly in southern California, called Millennium Challenge 2002. This is basically an urban warfare exercise training them to take over America and to condition people to actually accept it. We need to be vigilant for more of this, and we must fight it. It is truly a Red Dawn situation. People are waking up and taking action, but for me the most important thing right now is to educate both myself and everyone who will listen.

4. Career politicians make a habit of blaming private gun sales as responsible for the arming of terrorists. What are your thoughts on this … and for that matter, who do you consider to be the TRUE terrorists threatening America today?

ANSWER: Well, obviously the worst offenders of the Second Amendment are Liberals and other assorted Leftists, some hopelessly naive and idealistic, and some knowingly and ruthlessly going after our ability to defend ourselves from totalitarian government. A few names come to mind in the latter category: Dennis Kucinich, Hillary and Billary Clinton, Charles Shumer, Janet Reno, Teddy Kennedy, the Brady Bunch, and Diane Feinstein who is a fine globalist traitor member of all the One World Government groups like the Bilderbergs, CFR et al. Legal small arms sales have absolutely ZIP to do with terrorism. The real terrorists are in Washington D.C. and New York City and they dress in $1200 suits and have financial portfolios fatter than Mt Everest. And they walk around often with taxpayer-funded armed bodyguards.

Sure, they don't want you to be able to defend yourself, but of course they need to have the equivalent of small paramilitary force to protect them. I get tired of explaining this to people, but organized terrorist strongmen like bin Ladin's Al Qaeda are funded, trained and protected by these same elite globalist slime-bags whose lives are worthless and pathetic. They are the scum of the earth and deserve whatever befalls them. Can I put it any more plainly? Should we forgive such treason if they were to ever turn to the side of the people? Of course, but no one in government should ever be trusted very far. The Founders were extremely explicit in these warnings. Eternal vigilance is truly the price of Liberty. Therefore I think the general public needs to get a clue, especially the liberals who are waking up so they see the rest of their liberties going down the communo-fascist toilet.

5. Paul, the two major political parties (Republican and Democrat) claim to be at odds with one another on many issues. Are they really working from opposing ends of the political roundtable, or is this a guise to deceive the people? Who are they really working for?

ANSWER: Well, many, many people are waking up to the fact that it’s WWF Wrestling, theater, staged, phony conflicts, false dichotomies, Good Cop/Bad Cop BS, based in the Hegelian divide-and-conquer model of globalist alchemy. It is unmistakable that the Democrats are just playing a role right now as the Good Cop, at least for the liberal audience, and that they are actually signing off on everything Bush is putting forth. They do a little dance to make you think they disagree, and then when everyone is asleep, they vote all these new tyrannical laws into effect. I think the key point to drive home to anyone who is new to all this is that the Council on Foreign Relations was and still is the most powerful political entity in the United States and they serve the internationalist RIIA out of London. Both the Left and the Right are represented there, and are just two sides of the same coin.

Many good people who know firsthand have exposed this fact, yet the American people have not caught on to it generally. The more who realize this, the better our chances of survival as a free republic. This is indeed a time of Revelation and exposure. The truth is coming forth in a refreshing stream. We need to ensure that it turns into a raging torrent of truth that washes all the lies and corruptions right out to sea so that people can live in the fresh, unpolluted air of reality for a change.

6. Would you say that American citizens still possess "rights," or is the accurate word "privileges"?

ANSWER: We will never be separated from our inalienable rights. That is the meaning of inalienable. No one can really take them away without our permission because they are inherent to the true human condition. "Privileges" are granted to serfs and peasants by monarchs and assorted dictators whose artificial power flows from the High Cabal. So what they are doing is asking our permission to take away our rights and whadya know, people are giving them up willingly "for their own safety". If we refuse to be serfs and refuse to hand over out freedoms, we will retain our rights, simple as that.

7. Does separation of governmental powers exist in this day and age in our nation?

ANSWER: In the federal system there are the three branches: Executive, Legislative and Judicial. I learned this in the 6th grade, yet today I doubt many high school kids are even aware of these distinctions. The separations were designed of course to balance presidential powers against a representative assembly, and if there were truly outstanding disagreements these were to be taken to the judiciary for interpretation. I am afraid though that this system is imperfect, as are all systems, and that we need to work on how the judicial is selected. Why should one branch have the power to select the members of another branch that is supposed to put a check and balance against that branch? It doesn’t make sense. We supposedly elect the members of the other two branches, so why not have elections by the people rather than Executive appointments to avoid party domination in the Supreme Court? The system is rigged and it’s out of the people's control. We are currently in great danger as Bush and Ashcroft are reorganizing everything including the judiciary to suit their dictatorial demands. The model they follow is very close to that of Adolf Hitler's Reich. It is really unbelievable, yet an in-your-face fact. We are literally under dictatorship and we may have to fight it like revolutionaries, willing to sacrifice everything including our lives for the sake of future generations - forgoing our own benefit as the signers of the Declaration did.

8. As Editor of the outstanding internet news source, Aftermath News, please share with our readers the kind of feedback you receive regarding the "hot button" articles you circulate around the Internet. Are people very receptive to receiving this type of information?

ANSWER: Well, I am in no such illusion that I am reaching the great unwashed masses. I have a small readership, but I think composed of very high quality people of intellect and compassion, and most of all patriotism, who want to save this country. I post Aftermath to several groups, politicians, and some journalists. They read it and sometimes respond. It’s amounting to an exposure to several thousand people aside from my subscriber list. Occasionally my articles and postings get snagged onto web pages where some presumably thousands more read them.

I am not trying to conquer the world or be a savior, but just to inform and warn as many people as I can. I am always learning, and really do need to hear from others to fill in the gaps in my knowledge. By far, the majority of responses are positive and affirming and very informative. They want the same things I do. Some are shocked to learn about what is really going on. They share with me their fears of such issues as mind-control and the police-state takeover. Some are liberals and some are conservatives. Some are atheists and some are hard-core religionists. What I try to do is appeal to a broad spectrum of society and get people to think more independently rather than stick to a party line or a dogma.

I have had maybe a half dozen really negative responses in the past year in which I was called every name in the book, including a terrorist, a traitor, and the dreaded "newbie". They have threatened to turn me into everyone from the FBI to David Rockefeller. I got a few veiled death threats as well. Some just don’t get it at all, and they tell me none of this is really going on, or that "it can't happen here," which is ludicrous! They are just brainwashed and dumbed-down to the point that they cannot think or analyze facts. They prefer instead to have their "facts" spoon-fed to them by CNN psy-ops officers.

I have only seriously had a newsletter since 9/11 when I was propelled to do something to keep the people informed. Prior to that I had for the previous year done a great deal of typical forwarding of news and information and that evolved into a full fledged newsletter, or you might say online newspaper. I still have not gotten around to setting up either a group or a website; haven't had the time. Just sending out the news has been enough to keep me busy aside from going out and paying the bills, which means, even though I solicit donations, very few have given and I don't rely on it for income by any stretch of the imagination. At this point I am getting new subscribers every week, and for the past year I haven't lost many to lack of interest or criticism. Soon I will change the format to a group and then the next step will be a website, but I am always too busy to take care of these things. The main thing is that more and more citizens get together and create a real alternative media that can reach many millions of people.

9. What is your take on the FBI's extended use of surveillance systems (for example, programs such as Carnivore) on Americans in the wake of 9/11?

ANSWER: Police state fascism, illegal, immoral and unconstitutional. But I also think that a lot of it is hype. Keep in mind there are some 289 million of us, and only a few thousand of them. Even Echelon is limited in scope. They can't track everyone. Not even close to it, not yet anyway. Most of us will remain free of harassment, so that means our chances of getting taken down are lower than we think. I say that because many are too scared and too paranoid. We have to carry on as if our rights are intact, that is, that we DO have Free Speech and we DO have the right to criticize the government and whoever else we wish. They really can’t take that away without our consent. There is that risk that we are being monitored and that dossiers are being created. There is the risk that we will have our computers confiscated or that we will be hacked or even put in jail, or "suicided" on a lonely road. For now, until Homeland Gestapo is fully integrated, the odds are still low enough that we have got to ignore that risk and carry on. The less we allow this to scare us into silence the better. As Sun Tzu says, "The object is to win the war without firing a shot." That means this is primarily a psychological war, an information war. We must, above all, refuse to cave in or bow down due to perceptions that they create of overwhelming superiority.

10. How do you feel personally about the FBI looking at our library records?

ANSWER: Police state fascism is illegal, immoral and unconstitutional. All these Nazis should be shipped off to exile on a desert island where they can fight each other barehanded for reptilian supremacy. Ridge would probably come out on top of the heap since he is a Neanderthal, but he would be reduced to tossing messages in a bottle that would beach on shores where they don't give a damn about him and his Nazi buddies. Hopefully some headhunters would see it as an opportunity.
