To commemorate the World Can’t Wait anti-war rallies which took place in over 220 cities across America yesterday, WING TV participated in TWO seperate protests in Pittsburgh and State College, Pa.

Although attendance at these two events was significantly lower than others in the past, we still sent a strong message by appearing on our local NBC TV affiliate - WJAC Channel 6 - as well as being interviewed by a Pittsburgh student newspaper. On top of that, thousands of commuters and pedestrians saw our fourteen-foot 9-11 banner and anti-war signs.

So, even though the war won’t end any time soon, we were out there telling people that this entire debacle is based upon a plethora of lies, and that it is destroying the very fabric of our nation. The only problem is: the world does seem to be waiting ... waiting for the worst to happen.
