If you haven’t tuned in yet, the best new show on the Internet and/or radio dial is The Piper Report hosted by American Free Press correspondent Michael Collins Piper.
Launched on February 1, 2006, Piper’s broadcasts have quickly become must-hear radio in our office at WING TV. Airing at 7:00 pm est on RBN, Piper has established himself as someone who isn’t afraid to tackle controversial subjects, speak out about hot-button issues, or give perspectives which go unspoken in not only in the mainstream media, but also on patriot stations.
This direction, I’m not afraid to say, is one which the alternative media as a whole should be following. During the past few weeks, Piper has addressed such topics as Venezuela and socialism, Vladimir Putin's Russia in relation to the New World Order, media censorship, the inside scoop on 9-11, our war in Iraq, and a little nation in the Middle East that seems to keep pulling strings from behind the scenes. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. He's also tackled the Oklahoma City Bombing, the USS Liberty, FDR & Pearl Harbor, as well as current issues that aren't covered by CNN or Fox News.
But this shouldn’t surprise anyone, because Piper (author of the seminal JFK book, Final Judgment) has long been at the forefront of exposing those long-hidden forces which wield enormous amounts of power in our media, political circles, and especially in regard to foreign policy. Piper’s show is becoming so popular that one of our good friends actually e-mailed us last week and said, “I’m addicted to Piper’s show!”
We certainly agree, but please be forewarned: The Piper Report isn’t mamby-pamby radio that plays ring-around-the-rosie with certain issues. Instead, it does what a real media venue should do by confronting reality with a truthfulness that lays everything out in the open for all to see. Or, as Piper has said about his most recent book Dirty Secrets (The Michael Collins Piper Reader):
Please be advised that my writings are considered very ‘controversial.’ I have been roundly denounced by the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith, the Simon Wiesenthal Center and the Middle East Media Research Institute, which is run by a former official of Israel’s Mossad. If candid discussion of the power of the Israeli lobby and its role in America’s affairs disturbs you, please do NOT order copies of this book.
Yes, candid, honest discussion is what makes Mr. Piper’s show so outstanding, and every night at 7:00 pm we’re listening. You should be too!
