Although this book is relatively compact, it packs a wallop that makes the head spin, as can be seen from its opening paragraph: "The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country."

Without delving into it in any more depth, I urge everyone to read this tome, for it will open your eyes to an area of existence which many have trouble even acknowledging, let alone accepting. Why? Because the primary goal of those who specialize in this field is to reshape, transform, hypnotize, control, and move in a certain direction the mass of society. Worse, these techniques are not only used by the government, advertisers, Big Business, but also right here in our own patriot movement and alternative media. In other words, every entity listed above wants to corral you into a certain pen and keep your mind locked-into a certain mode of thinking - whether it is fear-mongering, buying buying buying, or accepting what is normally unacceptable (like war, loss of freedom, etc).
