Thank God people in the freedom movement have finally awakened to those who are in this field for one primary reason: to seize upon their money. I mean; two or three years ago, Karl Schwarz may have stormed onto the scene with his well-rehearsed schtick and made a real killing, walking away with tons of dough from unsuspecting patriots.
But today, these very same people are much more adept at identifying those in the alternative media who have a vulture-like eye on their wallets, whether it be through hard-sell advertising, pathetic begging for donations, non-stop infomercial radio shows (buy my video, buy my video), or those who arrive at an entirely new angle, like running for president.
Now, when Karl Schwarz first entered the picture a couple of years ago, he presented himself as an influential international businessman with multi-million dollar companies and investments who had political connections all around the country. But then red flags started being raised when word got out that Schwarz needed somebody to finance the publication of his book, and how he was calling everyday people on the telephone to have them help him solicit donations. A radio show host, Darryl Smith, even told us about a bizarre scheme where Schwarz wanted to get him involved in a racket where people would be promised some type of lawsuit settlement money, and Smith was supposed to go around and be the “bag man” for billions of dollars. It sounded so preposterous at the time that we wondered why Smith would even consider it, especially when he was voicing so many suspicions of Schwarz.
So, I started asking myself, “Why is this supposed high-roller pulling what appeared to be an obvious Elmer Gantry on all these individuals?” After all, how many men from the Fortune 500 jet-setter crowd call YOU on the phone sniffing out money? On top of that, a few Internet researchers started investigating Schwarz’s claims, and soon a number of questions started to surface about Schwarz’s ventures.
Then, of course, we had this nonsense with Schwarz’s “galvanic corrosion” 9-11 distraction theory. For months, this man was advancing a preposterous notion that the World Trade Center towers may have collapsed because the steel girders were weakened due to galvanic corrosion. After doing a bit of research, I realized what a blatant false-flag this hypothesis was; but oddly, quite a few 9-11 researchers got sucked into this trap and wasted endless hours debating it. Anyway, Schwarz appeared on WING TV (January 11, 2005) and started pushing this galvanic corrosion crap. When he finished, I asked, “Karl, are you trying to tell me that if planes hadn’t hit those towers on the morning of September 11, 2001, and if there hadn’t have been a controlled demolition, they would have fallen due to galvanic corrosion?" Schwarz, taken aback, started hemming and hawing, and soon changed the subject. And do you know what? I never heard another word about galvanic corrosion again.
Sometime later I heard Schwarz was having a book published, and that he had announced his bid for the presidency in 2008. In the ensuing months, we received more inquiries about Schwarz than we did about any other person in the patriot movement. My response was always the same: I don’t know much about the man, so let’s just keep our eyes open and see what he's made of.
Well, on December 1, 2005, Schwarz ended his presidential candidacy by resigning from the 2008 race. He didn’t go quietly, though; in fact, Schwarz spewed a trail of venom so wide that it merits commentary. First, as suspected, Schwarz is filled with bitterness because he wasn’t able to enter the patriot movement and immediately start sucking money out of its members. To this, I commend each and every one of you out there. In my opinion, Schwarz saw a few other so-called “patriots” getting rich off of peddling fear, Big Brother, and non-stop infomercials, and he thought he could get a little piece of the pie. But lo and behold, his book flopped (big time), and according to his own figures, he was only able to raise a paltry $260 in donations for his fledgling campaign.
Finally, the people are no longer SUCKERS!!! They’re tired of forfeiting their hard-earned money a handful of shyster snake-oil salesmen who refuse to actually go out and work a real job for a living. Instead, they’d rather leech off of YOU.
But Schwarz’s vitriol extended far beyond his failure to gain momentum for the 2008 election. He also directed his vengeance at specific individuals in the alternative media – some justifiably, others without basis or merit. So, let’s take a moment and examine some of the more interesting entries on Karl Schwarz’s ‘hit list.’
First, Schwarz was absolutely correct in his criticism and suspicions of Kyle Hence, a founding member of 9-11 Mafia. He calls Hence and other 9-11 gatekeepers “malignant twits and wannabees,” and said that the 9-11 truth movement was “non-existent and misdirected at the leadership level.” We concur 100%, and it’s about time more people started speaking out about these obvious government operatives.
Schwarz next focused his attention on Alex Jones, and what he said was extremely curious. On three different occasions Schwarz spoke either about Jones giving Darryl Smith a job at GCN after John Stadtmiller fired him, or of GCN being Alex Jones’ network. Now, as far as I’m concerned, GCN has always been owned by Ted Anderson, who, we assumed, did the hiring and firing. But now Schwarz is saying otherwise. So, if Jones is actually the program director and/or point man, I think the corporate wannabee leadership at GCN has some explaining to do. In addition, Schwarz also slammed Jones’ lap dog and yes man Paul Joseph Watson for using one of his videos without giving the proper credit.
Another person who was rightly skewered by Schwarz was the alternative media’s # 1 dunce, Fintan Dunne, who he said “could not pick out or find a CIA fake on his best day.” Hell, I’d go one step further and say that Dunne couldn’t find his asshole if it were the Grand Canyon. On the other hand, Schwarz called into question Dave von Kleist’s In Plane Site video for ‘technical errors’ that weren’t corrected between the first and second production runs.
Regrettably, Schwarz also targeted a few individuals who have legitimately tried to clean-up the 9-11 movement by exposing the fakes, frauds, and phonies. Two of these people are Eric Hufschmid and Nico Haupt. Schwarz is so far off base with these two men that it further supports my suspicions of not only his character, but also his judgment. I know for a fact that Hufschmid has written some of the most eye-opening articles there are about the shysters in our field, while Haupt is completely justified in his attacks on what he labeled the “9-11 Mafia.”
Schwarz also set his sights on a few others, but in the end, it seems all we can do is examine what this man attempted to do, and then learn from it. In all, I wish Schwarz would have stepped to the plate in a much more straight-forward manner instead of charactering himself as one thing, then coming off as something entirely different. Like I said in the beginning of this piece – we told people to simply stand back and see what this guy was made of. Well, now we’re able to see, for the picture that has emerged is crystal clear. As Roger Daltry of The Who sang, “We won’t get fooled again!”
